How do I subscribe to ConquerLearning Products?
You can opt-in to access Conquer Learning Products through your benefit platform. Our Customer Services will contact you for onboarding.
Do I have to subscribe for both ConquerMaths and ConquerComputing?
You can select either or both for some or all of your children, depending on your need.

Why does Conquer ask me for my personal email address?
To maintain data privacy and safeguarding, Conquer must communicate with you as a Parent rather than as a BNPP Employee. We will request your personal email, and then all communications related to your children’s use/access of/to the systems will be funnelled to you personally.
What is the typical lead time for access by parents and children?
Typically 2 business days (maximum) from the point you send us your personal email details.
For what age range are Conquer Learning Resources suitable for?
ConquerMaths.com is suitable for children aged between 4 and 18 years.
ConquerComputing.com is suitable for children aged between 4 and 12 years old.
Can children use ConquerMaths independently?
Children can use ConquerMaths autonomously online at any time after being provided with login details.
Are children restricted in the lessons they may attempt?
Children are not restricted and have access to the whole Programme suite.
How long is a lesson and assessment?
As an estimate a video lesson plus assessment could take from 10 minutes to half an hour.
How can lost or passwords be recovered?
Children’s passwords can be reset through the Parent login. Forgotten parental passwords can be reset by the Parent, on screen instructions are available. All passwords are encrypted for security.
Can you retrieve data for a child accidentally deleted from the system?
Yes: Quickly (within 24 hours of a request) if the child’s account has been deleted in the past 3 months. Accounts deleted further back take an extra 24 to 48 hours to recover from back up data.
Can parents set specific tasks for a child?
Yes, parents can set work for a child using the Task function. The course work is aligned to the National Curriculum.
What other support do you provide?
For any assistance our ConquerMaths Schools Team will respond to enquiries within one business day.
What is the typical lead time for access by parents and children?
We provide an initial email requesting the parent admin email address. When this email is answered with acceptable details the Welcome email containing login details for the parent and instructions for setting up the Child account(s) is provided within 24 hours.
Can pupils use ConquerComputing independently?
Pupils can use ConquerComputing on their own at any time using their login details. Pupils may need Parent assistance with the installation of 3rd party software such as Scratch.
Where can I find online information about ConquerComputing?

No, Pupils have access to the whole Programme suite and can follow lessons from any Project or Stage.
I am not familiar with Coding, how can I help my child?
With ConquerComputing, prior coding knowledge is not required and everything is explained in simple terms. There is a Parent guide for every Project.
